Wellness - Treatments

All treatments are with our registered Chinese Healthcare Consultant. These are an integral part of the day. All students should choose from one of the restorative treatments listed below:

Head, neck and shoulders

The Chinese doctor will wrap you in a blanket and relax and realign your muscles and connective tissue. Sheer bliss

Back and lower body

Your back and buttocks are given deep tissue massage – kidneys are tonified. The heat lamp will deepen the treatment. Chinese herbs can be applied for trauma or injuries. Cupping is an optional extra for those who don’t mind the residual marks

Hands and arms

Warm Chinese massage oil is used to rejuvenate tired hands and arms. Deeply relaxing - high feel-good factor

Feet
